Come visit with our many vendors from around the state and listen to presenters discuss topics every family must address during transition.

Guardianship = Who will be responsible for care of the adult?
CES Waiver = Who will provide daily care for the adult (ADLs, IADLs, transport, socialization, etc.)?
SSI = Who will pay for living arrangements (provide for housing, food, utilities, etc.)?
Housing = What will those living arrangements look like (apartment, roommate housing, group home, Human Development Center)?
