Annual Spring Dance

Our annual dance fundraiser is fun for all ages and held at Sherwood Forrest in March each year.  We usually have a local TV personality emcee, DJ, photographer, toddler area, crafts, door prizes, and more! Lunch is provided, with available gluten free options.  People with Down syndrome get in for FREE, and receive a free t shirt!

Family Zoo Day

A day for people with Down syndrome (of all ages!) to come and enjoy the Little Rock Zoo with their families at low or no cost! Refreshments are provided too!

Strider Bike Camp

For a week in the summer we partner with Leaping Beyond Sport Camps to teach children and young adults with Down syndrome how to ride a Strider bike. When camp is over the participants keep their bikes and helmets to take home and continue riding!

Block Party

Our annual FREE fall gathering for all ages held at Camp Aldersgate in Little Rock. We have a toddler area, crafts, games, Kona Ice, carousel rides, visits from groups of our community heroes (e.g. Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office and Little Rock fire Department), door prizes and more! Lunch is provided, with gluten free options available.

Christmas Party

Sponsored by That.Church in Sherwood, our Christmas Party is fun for all ages! Have your picture taken with Santa and Mrs. Clause, make a craft, play some games, karaoke, win door prizes and enjoy the season with community peers young and old!

A sensory room is available for those who need to take a party break.
